Attendance at Tetsworth

Every day at school helps children belong, thrive and achieve. Being here regularly gives them time to build friendships, feel part of our school community and make progress in their learning.

School starts at 8:45am. Please help your child arrive on time and ready for the day. If your child is too unwell to attend, please contact the school office on the first day of absence and keep us updated if they remain off school.

If illness, anxiety or another difficulty is making attendance hard, please talk to us. We will listen and work with you to help your child feel they belong and can thrive at school.

Please request any leave during term time in advance. Leave can only be authorised in exceptional circumstances; holidays are not normally considered exceptional.
