Key Stage 2
Class 3 visited Highclere Castle which was once the home of Lord Carnarvon, who, along with Howard Carter, discovered the tomb of Tutankhamun. We had a very enjoyable day, visiting both the exhibition (where some artefacts were 5,000 years old) and the secret garden.
Classes 1 and 2 visited St Mary’s church, Thame, on Monday and learnt a little more about Holy week. They were very well behaved and asked some fantastic questions. We were all delighted to see a familiar face – Mr Haigh.
We held a special assembly to welcome our local CPSO, Graham.
The laptop one is our recent purchase Mathletics – an online maths programme which children across the school are enjoying using.
The TPSA have very kindly purchased some colouring pens and pencils and some books. Lots of the children have loved using them at playtime and lunchtimes.
